Electric Surge Brake Solution for Trailer Safety

The trailer breakaway kit is designed to be used with trailers that have electric surge brakes to engage the trailer brake in cases where a trailer becomes separated from its tow vehicle. It installs easily on the tongue or trailer frame. This kit includes a rugged lockable case used to hold the battery and charger and is recommended for use on all trailers with 2,4 or 6 electric brakes.

Includes battery, battery charger, case, breakaway switch with pin and cable, and mounting hardware.
Rechargeable 12 volt 5 amp/hr battery.
