MEGA Fuse Holder

A MEGA® fuse holder is a great solution for multiple types of connections. The bolt-down design shines in battery connections, alternator connections, and applications that require ultra-high current protection. The MEGA® fuse holder is also great with heavy-duty cables. Featuring interconnecting pins, the MEGA® fuse holder creates and secures multiple block configurations. The MEGA® fuse holder includes a protective cover, M8 threaded studs, and hex nuts with lock washers. Del City also carries MEGA® fuse holders for MEGA® Flex, Blue Sea Systems, and Blue Sea Safety.

MEGA® Flex Fuse Holder & Bus Bars - 32V DC, 500 Amp

MEGA Flex Fuse Holder

The flex MEGA® fuse holder is designed to be used with MEGA® style bolt-down fuses, which are available up to 500A. This MEGA® fuse holder offers a flexible cover, which allows cable entry from virtually any direction, large wire size, and ring terminal stack up. Slots on base allow holder to be mounted with tie wraps. Dovetail features allow you to interlock multiple Flex holders together for a high power distribution block. Bus bars are available for multiple holder applications.

Blue Sea Systems MEGA® Fuse Holder - 32V DC, 300 Amp

Fuse Block with Cover

Provides an economical system for 100-300 amp fusing. Insulating cover with breakouts satisfies ABYC/USCG insulation requirements. Stainless steel studs provide resistance to corrosion and allow high torque. UL94-V0 base resists high heat.

Fuse Block with Cover

Ignition protected for use on gasoline powered equipment with 100A to 300A circuits. Sealed cover protects fuses from harsh environments and satisfies ABYC/USCG insulation requirements. Cover beakouts allow wire access in three directions. One-piece stainless flange nuts ensure safe and secure connections. Meets ISO 8846 and SAE J1171 external ignition protection requirements when cover is secure. IP66.
