Electromechanical Thermal Flasher

Electromechanical thermal flashers are available in 2 and 3 pin configurations. Thermal flashers operate by using a bi-metallic strip and contact; allowing them to flash faster with increased load. Thermal flashers do not conform to ADR13 and are only for turn signals and other lighting in vehicles manufactured prior to 1990.


  • Fits most American cars, light trucks and vans.
  • Meets or exceeds DOT standards.
  • 12 volt (552 type).
  • X = Battery (Power Input), L = Load (Lamp Output), P = Pilot ( Indicator Lamp).
