Blue Sea Systems 100A common busbars provide consistent busing for limited space applications. One-piece serrated flange nut ensures correct and secure connections. Tin plated copper buses provide maximum conductivity and corrosion resistance. Insert-molded stainless steel studs eliminate the need for securing nuts and allow high torqueing for excellent electrical contact. Terminal screws incorporate stainless steel split ring lock washers and captive star-type lock washers keep connections tight in high vibration environments. Raised bus provides easy access to multiple wires on a single screw.


  • Continuous Rating: 100A AC/DC except for 80519 (DC only).
  • Voltage Max. Operating: 300V AC/48V DC.
  • Mounting Holes: Accepts #10 (M5) screws except for 80519 (accepts #8).
  • Base Material: UL 94-V0 (Except 80519).
  • Bus Material: Tin-Plated Copper C11000.
  • Terminal Screws: #8-32.
  • Terminal Studs: #10-32.
  • RoHS Compliant. CE Certified (Except 80519).
