These Song Chuan 5 pin relays are controlled by another switch, control module, or computer. They are a great option as they function as a standard 12 and 24 volt relay replacement or addition in order to achieve full voltage. They can easily attach directly onto another vehicle or other electrical application. Ideal applications are lamps, auxiliary lamps, fog horns, fan motors, window lifters, air conditioners, heated rear windows and more.


  • Mechanical life - no load = 1,000,000 cycles at +85° C the N.O. contacts will carry a continuous load of 50A.
  • 12V DC 30/50A , 24V DC 15/20A.
  • Operating Ambient Temperature: -40°F to 257°F (-40°C to +125°C).
  • Between Open Contact Contact and Coil: AC 1000V, 50/60Hz 1 min.
  • RoHS & ELV Compliant.
  • Contact Material: AgSnO alloy.

This Song Chuan relay allows a low current flow circuit to control a high current flow circuit. It is a standard replacement or addition for full voltage on equipment existing in vehicles today. This relay does not have a mounting bracket and is designed to easily fit within standard fuse boxes. The best solution for full voltage applicable to head lamps, auxiliary lamps, fog horns, motors for fans, window lifters, air conditioners, heated rear windows, or the myriad of other equipment existing on vehicles today.
