High-Temp Split Loom

Convoluted split wire loom is one of the most popular loom options available and is most commonly used for organizing, protecting, and holding wire and cable runs in place in all types of applications and situations. Our high-temperature split wire loom tubing protects wire and cable much like our standard split loom but is made from a high-temperature heat stabilized nylon so it provides a heat resistance range up to 300°F. It was originally developed for ambulance and fire equipment manufacturers where operation in a high heat environment is critical, but it is also used in many other industries where a high heat environment exists. Our high-temp split loom is available in diameter sizes ranging from ¼ inch to 1 ½ inches. The lengths of the split wire loom tubing vary from 50 feet all the way up to 28,000 feet. It is black in color, and can be identified by a gray stripe running its length. Quality control throughout the extrusion of the split loom allows for uniform thickness for the entire run length. The slit on the split wire loom tubing runs down the whole length of the conduit, making the act of inserting and taking wires out of the split loom an easy and simple process. Once the wire run has been inserted into the split loom, the slit will remain closed and will prevent debris and moisture from attacking the wires housed within the wire loom. The ease of use, durability, and dependability of the split loom makes it one of the most popular wire loom options. Using high-temp split wire loom will significantly increase the longevity of your project, vehicle or application.
