Packard Type 56 male connector housings are manufactured by Deplhi/Packard and are offered in 1, 2, 3, or 4-contact housing types. Type 56 connectors are the standard OEM products used on American cars manufactured in the 50’s through the early 80’s. These Packard 56 Type connector housings are created to securely lock together with the corresponding contact count female housing with use of male and female terminals.


  • Assemble using female terminals and male terminals.
  • Positive contact is made when female and male housings are joined together.
  • Terminals can be removed by using a thin blade to trip locking tang, housings are then easily disconnected.
