Aluminized Fiberglass Wrap Sleeve creates a thermal buffer between your wires, hoses, or cables and the high temperature environments surrounding them. Engineered by laminating an aluminized metallic heat shield to a layer of strong, tightly braided fiberglass insulation, Aluminized Fiberglass provides superior protection from radiant heat by reflecting it away from sensitive electronics, wiring, and hoses. Featuring a preformed, split flexible tube and a high temperature adhesive strip, it provides easy installation when component disassembly isn't possible or practical. It will endure temperatures up to 1,400°F without delaminating, turning brittle, or breaking adhesive.


  • Endures temperatures up to 1,400°F. Continuous Temperature Range: -60° to 255° C (-76° to 491° F).
  • Reduces heat transmission from hot pipes or engine components into hoses or harnesses by up to 50% or more.
  • Aluminum laminate reflects heat away while insulating fiberglass backing protects fragile contents from thermal damage and failure.
  • Self wrap and seal overlap with high temerature adhesive strip.
  • Resists gasoline, engine chemicals, cuts, and abrasion.
  • Cuts cleanly with scissors.
  • RoHS, FAR-25.
  • Available in pre-cut 4 foot lengths.
