100A MiniBus Common BusBars for Efficient and Durable Electrical Applications

Blue Sea Systems 100A common busbars are designed to provide efficient busing in limited-space applications. Built for durability and high performance, these busbars feature tin-plated copper for maximum conductivity and corrosion resistance. The raised bus design ensures easy access to multiple wires on a single screw, streamlining your electrical setup. The one-piece serrated flange nut guarantees secure connections, while the insert-molded stainless steel studs allow for high torquing without the need for securing nuts, ensuring excellent electrical contact.

These busbars also include stainless steel split ring lock washers and captive star-type lock washers, keeping connections tight in high-vibration environments. With a continuous rating of 100A AC/DC (DC only for model 80519), they are ideal for various applications where space is limited but performance is crucial.

These busbars offer a compact, reliable solution for consistent power distribution in high-vibration environments.

Mounting Holes: Accepts #10 (M5) screws except for 80519 (accepts #8).
