The PowerGuard 24 Battery Box is built for standard Series 24 batteries, offering secure and long-lasting protection in both vented and non-vented options. Constructed from heavy-duty polypropylene for complete acid resistance, this battery box ensures safe operation in demanding environments. It supports batteries up to 8-3/16 inches in block height and 10-1/8 inches total height with terminals. Designed with four enlarged cable openings (.55 inch diameter), larger rolled-edge handles for easier carrying, and instructions molded directly inside the cover, the PowerGuard 24 makes setup and use straightforward. Hold-down straps are rated to 350 lbs—nearly four times the USCG requirement—for maximum safety. Drop tested at temperatures ranging from -20°F to +120°F, this box also includes mounting hardware for a secure fit. Note: the 9069 non-vented cover is not intended for marine use.
