Flanged Spade Terminals for Secure Electrical Connections in High Vibration Applications

Non-insulated, flanged spade terminals are connectors that are used to mate, connect, or terminate a single wire, while allowing for a connection to a screw or stud type electrical connection. The flanged shape of the spade terminal fastens onto the stud nut. This prevents the fork terminal from pull-out and a more secure electrical connection. Flanged spade terminals are commonly used in high vibration electrical applications.

  • Use these terminals when special performance or installation characteristics are not needed.
  • Rated 600 volts maximum, building wire; 1000 volts maximum, signs and fixtures.
