RELiON® InSight Series® 12V, 24V and 48V Fuel Gauges helps you determine when it's time to charge your batteries. It’s a low current draw (29 milliamps), backlit battery gauge that will show the state of charge for up to 14 InSight batteries. InSight 12V, 24V and 48V batteries can be connected in parallel. The fuel gauge receives real-time current data from all parallel connected battery CANs and calculates the remaining amp hours as a percentage from 0-100%. Included with the fuel gauge is a mounting bracket. The wire harness is sold separately and is required for setup. Depending on the voltage, these can be used in Marine, RV and Solar, Golf and Material Handling applications.

RELiON® InSight Series Remote Button gives you the convenience to power on and off your InSight Series® batteries without having to access the battery compartment. The Remote Button will power on or off up to 10 InSight Batteries connected in parallel. (InSight batteries should never be connected in series.) This high quality plug-and-play accessory saves you time and energy.

RELiON® InSight Series CANBUS Cables and Splitter are used with the Fuel Gauge Remote Button Switch. Insert the CANBUS plug attached to the remote button cable assembly in provided CANBUS splitter on the first InSight battery in the bank. Insert the CANBUS splitter in the CANBUS IN port on the first battery in the string to complete the installation. Test the function of the remote button by depressing the remote button until the InSight Batteries in the string power on (approx five seconds). LED 1 on all batteries will flash green. CANBUS cables (1ft) are provided with your InSight battery. Longer CANBUS cables (2 and 4 ft) are also available. The CANBUS cables have 90° connectors.

RELiON® Portable Battery Analyzer (PBA) is developed for Insight series batteries and is used to acquire information and status of both individual batteries and battery bank (multiple batteries connected in parallel). These batteries are manufactured with LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) cell chemistry. They are safe, stable and generate very little heat. By connecting the PBA to the CAN bus port of the battery, Battery’s SOC, cycle count, cell voltages and other useful information in real time can be retrieved. PBA also capable to update battery’s software, record battery performance for subsequent analysis. This analyzer can be used in Marine, RV and Solar, Golf and Material Handling applications.

RELiON® Battery Spacers are used to fill the empty battery slots when installing true drop-in replacement batteries. This allows you to use the existing battery hold-down that comes in your vehicle making installation easier. The batteries are manufactured with LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) cell chemistry. They are safe, stable and generate very little heat. We recommend you purchase the number of battery spacers needed to properly fill all empty slots in your cart or low-speed vehicle.
