Split Wire Loom

Standard split loom tubing helps protect against abrasion and crushing of the wires and cables housed within. Standard split loom tubing is available in either black or red. Our high-temperature split wire loom provides the same level of protection as our standard loom while also providing a heat resistant range up to 300°F, making it the ideal split loom choice for high heat environments. The flame retardant version of our split wire loom has a heat range up to 275°F and meets UL ratings for flame retardance by providing extra protection in environments with stringent loom requirements such as marine and emergency vehicles. Finally, the UV-resistant, high-temperature split wire loom offers the same protection as our standard split loom while containing an additional UV stabilizer that has been tested for up to 3,000 hours-worth of protection in the desert sun. The split wire loom is offered in diameter sizes ranging from 1/4 inch to 2 1/2 inches. The lengths of the split loom vary from 100 feet all the way up to 28,000 feet, so you can get as little or as much split loom needed to get the job done. Quality control throughout the extrusion of the split loom tubing allows for uniform thickness along the entire run length. The slit on the split wire loom tubing runs down the whole length of the conduit, making the act of inserting and removing wires or cables from the split loom tubing a simple and efficient process. This slit will remain closed once the wires have been inserted into the split loom tubing, preventing any debris or moisture from attacking the wires housed inside.
